As a motivator, one of the reading / viewing is my favorite book / movie that tells the story of success. Over the last ten years I was fortunate to meet and make friends with the people, which according to my size, they are counted as successful people.
It is true, that there is no universal definition of "success." Success is about many things. Everyone has a definition and measure of success of each. My definition may not be the same as your definition, so is the definition you are not completely the same as the definition of other people who you know.
But I noticed one thing, the day the more people who define success based on three things, namely: Power, Money and fame. Any one of these elements you have, you already qualify.
Of course the three elements are basically good, and not wrong when we are all vying to get it. Even when I was invited by a company to motivate its employees, my job is to encourage the participants to be more successful, including the three elements.
But occasionally we all need to be reminded, especially at the time of the three elements blinding our hearts so that another important element to be forgotten. Many people strive for power, money and fame. Not a few of them who managed to get it. We must admit, they are the ones who are intelligent, diligent and tenacious. But unfortunately, when they just grasp a "success" new, at the same time they lose the "Success" other, which may be far more valuable.
Often we see people who are successful in careers and business but his family was shattered. Two people who once shared and loved, hated each other now and then decide to divorce.
After praying and waiting for eight years, finally a husband and wife was awarded a child by the Creator. Oh, how happy they were at that time. Months turned into months, the year turned into years, both parents work hard to earn more money. Because the work piling up, they often come home at night. The child lost figure and lack of parental attention. He was one associate and then end up as losers.
Not a few people who came to power, money and fame but then ended up in jail. In fact, few people whose success is not covered by many media, but ultimately they are desperate and end his own life.
Some time ago I read a true story. This story has made me more thoughtful. I also hope, after reading it you will be more thoughtful. Thus, hopefully our journey in a world that while this is not in vain. True words of a wise man, "The enemy of the best not bad things, but things are good. Enemy of the most important thing is not trivial matters, but important things. "
Live now, how do we choose the best and most important that, among dozens or hundreds of good things and important, that we face every day? Obviously, this is not easy. This requires awareness (consciousness) and wisdom (wisdom) a high level. Once again we are required to determine the priority of our lives. As a simple tip, at the wake in the morning, let us promise ourselves not to be out of the room before we ask ourselves this magical question: "Today, what is the most valuable / precious in my life?" Make sure your answer true and honest.
